Our Luminary Executive Coaching method focuses on ‘Connection’- Connection to Self, Meaning and others.
What to expect
Celeste’s approach draws on her background in psychotherapy, fascination with emerging insights from the world of neuroscience and practical experience in Board & Executive positions, in Australia and overseas
This high-touch program will give you direct and regular access to Celeste and her coaching proprietary method. Together, you will work to identify your key challenges, explore solutions and take actionable steps towards your goals.

6 months, or a customisable timeframe to suit your needs.

Monthly 1:1 Coaching Session
1-hour intensive sessions with Celeste, to work through challenges, identify solutions and set clear, achievable goals.
Monthly 15-min Check-In Call
Check in call’s between coaching sessions to discuss progress and address challenges.
Fortnightly Contact
Fortnightly contact with Celeste via Zoom/Teams and phone.
Connection Proprietary
Resources, tools and insights to help apply and learn, Celeste’s ‘Connection’ IP.
Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) 360 Assessment
A world class standard Leadership Circle Profile 360 Assessment tool and 2.5 hour debrief with Celeste, to discuss results and establish coaching goals. Click here for more information (optional).
WANT TO DIG DEEPER?
Leadership Circle Profile
For leaders who want to go deeper, we also offer LCP. A 360 assessment tool designed to accelerate Leadership Effectiveness beyond traditional competency-based frameworks. LCP is the only 360° assessment that measures Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies, combining leadership’s inner and outer attributes. Giving the leader greater insight into how they are perceived, including strengths and current limitations in their leadership effectiveness.
If included, the LCP process will be run at the beginning of the 6-month program.You will receive an in-depth LCP report and a 2.5 hour 1:1 debrief session with Celeste to discuss and explain the assessment finding.
